Customer Service Supervisor
Min Education Level
Patrols assigned area of playground, grounds, gates and restroom.Prevents unauthorized personnel from entering campus.Assists in establishing and maintaining an environment that stimulates growth of desirable social, emotional and health habits.May assist customer who have problems with lockers.Performs related duties as assigned.Handling the customer complain and problem solving skill.Supervises customer on the playground; enforces rules, maintains discipline, reinforces positive behavior, resolves conflicts, and encourages socialization.checks playground equipment for safety, and monitors area for unauthorized persons; treats minor injuries with basic first aid.Supports the relationship between the customer and the general public by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with clients, visitors, and staff.maintains absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, client records, and informationMonitoring the activities of children, and following instructions and safety standards.
Must have any Bachelor Degree.Establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers.Communicating effectively verbally in EnglishMust have experience in customer service field.Computer Literate.
