Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Drive the business development in MGPS and extend to industrial market.
  2. Planning, coordination of MGPS marketing and project sale effort to increase the revenue stream.
  3. Lead the business development effort and implementation of the plans and goals.
  4. Manage internal and external resources to meet milestones day-by-day.
  5. Create team development KPI and strategic vision to the organization.
  6. Communication with suppliers and manufacturers.
  7. Search the right supplier to fulfillment of the products requirement and approach to get fully recommendation of the KOL.
  8. Stock management, ordering for the project requirement and follow up to ship in time.
  9. Customer dealings, project presentation, technical support, and project management.
  10. Create effective measurement tools to collect effective information for the project needs.
  11. Lead for design and implementation of the project proposal and work plan.
  12. Measuring and tracking all key business performance indicators and presenting to management.
  13. Track projects from initiation to closure along with timelines and provide regular updates.
  14. Evaluate the project requirement and arrange to get the best solution.
  15. Supervises and follows up on all documentation related to the project.
  16. Monitor cost and expense are within allocated budget.
  17. Supervises and follows up on all documentation related to the project.
  18. Follow up on the client’s payment and report status to the management team.

Job Requirements

  1. Education level                - B.E (Mechanical or Electrical, Experience in Related Field)
  2. Experience level               - Above 5 years working experience in Medical & Industrial Gas Piping System.    
  3. Preferred Age                   - Under 50 years old
  4. Computer Skill level        - (More preferable skillful AutoCAD, M&E, Revit)
  5. Language Skill                 - Skillful (English/Myanmar)
  6. Good personality
  7. Well experiences copper or steel piping system for Medical /Industrial Project.
  8. Be able to manage the team efficiently & effectively.
  9. Be able to do trips in the whole Myanmar.
  10. Strong problem diagnosis and resolving skills, developing options, and implementing solutions.
  11. Good cooperation and communication skillful
  12. Driving license (more preference)
