Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Manage overall M&E pre-construction works and procurement, budget, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and close-out processes.
Formulate implementation strategies for M&E works of all projects.
Identify key MEP milestones, and develop milestone delivery sheets.
Development of the integrated MEP program, informed by handover, commissioning, installation, procurement and design.
Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentations.
Develop detail cost plans and project budgets.
Identify key MEP dependencies on dependency schedules to assist the project team.
Monitor project activities, outputs and progress towards anticipated results.
Oversee mechanical and electrical activities, functions and resources.
Ensure construction works complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instruction.
Identify, monitor and correct any inconsistencies between design and construction.
Monitor progress of M&E works according to agreed work schedule and program.
Create data base for material, equipment, vendors and sub-contractors.
Provide direction and support to project team to achieve the require quality.
Follow safety rules and regulations in workplace and remind the team members for safety awareness.
Perform other duties as assigned by Superior and Top Management.

Job Requirements

B.E (Mechanical / Electrical) with related field experience not less than 7 years
Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, risks and clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization
Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills
Adheres to all workplace health and safety rules & regulations, standards, and practices
Verbal and written communication skill in English
Experience using the Microsoft ® Windows Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Auto CAD / BIM Knowledge
Able to work at Ahlone Township, Yangon
Able to travel to site location if needed.
