Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior decoration and construction projects.
Developa and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Oversee the tendering process, evaluate bids, and select subcontractors.
Prepare Sub contract agreement.
Evaluation of Quotation and Negatitation with Sub-cons.
Evalution of interim payment claims and Vo claims from Sub-cons.
Draft,review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
Monitor project expenditures, implement cost control measures and conduct financial analyses.
Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Developed project plans, including budgets and timelines and ensured the successful completion of each projects.
Provide regular financial reports to management,detailing budget status and forecasts.
Negotiate with vendors and contracts to ensure that the best possible prices are obtained.
Managed payments on account and ensure that payments are made on time.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in all financial aspects of projects.
Work closely with project managers,architects,and designers to ensure effective project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any cost-related concerns and managing expectations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying , Construction Management , Civil Engineering
At least 5 years in quantity surveying, specifically within the interior decoration or construction industry.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities for budgeting and forecasting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
Ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimates and financial reporting.
