Job Description

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
