1. Creative & Design Execution

• Design marketing and promotional materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media visuals)

• Create digital assets for websites, social media, and online advertisements

• Support branding initiatives and ensure visual consistency

2. Campaign & Marketing Support

• Collaborate with Marketing team on campaign concepts and executions

• Prepare visuals for online and offline campaigns

• Support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities with creative materials

3. Brand Management

• Follow and maintain company brand guidelines

• Ensure design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms

• Assist in updating brand assets and templates

4. Coordination & Revisions

• Work with internal teams to understand design requirements

• Manage feedback, revisions, and final artwork delivery

• Coordinate with printers and vendors when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience as a Designer or Graphic Designer

• Portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Basic knowledge of digital and social media design formats

• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to accept feedback and make revisions efficiently

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Experience in real estate / marketing / advertising industry

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics

• Understanding of printing processes and file preparation

• Ability to work with English & Myanmar content
