Job Description

  • Increase brand awareness through the medical channel.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials aligned with departmental strategies.
  • Conduct regular field visits and build strong relationships with KOLs.
  • Arrange and manage seminars and presentations for KOLs.
  • Increase endorsement status from KOLs.
  • Perform regular outlet visits and trade checks.
  • Analyze KOL performance, feedback, and nearby outlet conditions.
  • Organize marketing events and implement new marketing ideas.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Carry out assigned tasks in line with company requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing or as a Medical Representative.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns and working with external partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong presentation, brand communication, and leadership skills.
  • Highly motivated with a customer-centric mindset.
