Job Description

🔹Increase brand awareness through the medical channel.
🔹Assist in developing marketing materials aligned with departmental strategies.
🔹Conduct regular field visits and build strong relationships with KOLs.
🔹Arrange and manage seminars and presentations for KOLs.
🔹Increase endorsement status from KOLs.
🔹Perform regular outlet visits and trade checks.
🔹Analyze KOL performance, feedback, and nearby outlet conditions.
🔹Organize marketing events and implement new marketing ideas.
🔹Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
🔹Carry out assigned tasks in line with company requirements.

Job Requirements

🔹Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Pharmacy, or a related field.
🔹Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing or as a Medical Representative.
🔹Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking.
🔹Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns and working with external partners.
🔹Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
🔹Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
🔹Good command of English (spoken and written).
🔹Strong presentation, brand communication, and leadership skills.
🔹Highly motivated with a customer-centric mindset.
