Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Brand Communication Support: 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand communications to increase brand awareness and engagement. 
  • Contribute to the creation of content for social media, website, newsletters, and other communication channels for brand related initiatives.  
  • Support the coordination of brand events, promotions, and campaigns. 
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform brand communication efforts. 
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers involved in brand events. 
  • Community Management: Standby for the DLMM Community Management, report to the direct supervisor within one hour for complaints, incidents, and potential risks, and send leads and complaints report to respective department, as required. 
  • CEO Profiling support: Source/create visual content such as videos, photos, and draft captions for CEO profiling to amplify on social media.  

CSR Support: 

  • Assist in planning and execution of CSR initiatives, including sustainability projects. 
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with CSR partners, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in CSR activities. 
  • Help collect data and prepare reports on the impact of CSR programs for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Support employee engagement activities related to CSR, eco related events. 
  • Manage the administration process such as credential checks, legal cross checks as required. 

Administrative Support: 

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Brand Communications and CSR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents. 
  • Assist in maintaining databases, contact lists, and communication materials. 
  • Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders related to brand and CSR initiatives. 
  • Facilitate payment processing for brand campaigns. 
  • Conduct vendor and KOL credential checks when required. 
  • Organize and manage storage of B&M marketing materials. 
  • Manage payment processing procedures. 
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for marketing activities as needed. 
  • Update immediate supervisor/team members for reputational risks on social media.  
  • Track risk prone situations across the country as required.  
  • Support for tracking any data related to potential reputational risk as required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with other departments for marketing materials/merchandise materials to ensure consistency of brand messaging and brand guidelines across all channels. 
  • Work closely with other cross-functional teams to organise internal events such as eco projects, sustainability projects and brand campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experiences in marketing, customer care or communication
  • Bachelor's degree holder and other related qualifications will be highly preferred
  • High proficiency in Business English and Microsoft Office tools Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience in project management regarding customers experience
  • Good interpersonal communication and coordinating skills
  • Knowledge of customer care and complaint resolution
  • Passionate about coordinating and dealign with cross functional departments
