An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and grow CIC’s social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and website
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars and campaign plans
  • Work closely with our graphic designer and videographer to create eye-catching visuals and videos
  • Write engaging content in English and Burmese for social media, ads, and blogs
  • Track and analyze digital performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Support paid ads campaigns and community engagement strategies
  • Stay up to date with current trends, especially in education and youth-focused digital content

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
  • Strong knowledge of key platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Ability to plan and collaborate with creative team members
  • Good communication skills 
  • Experience in the education industry is preferred, but not required — if you have the passion and skills, you can do it!
