Position Summary
MPA International School is looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence and support student recruitment through innovative campaigns. You will manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, track performance, and coordinate marketing initiatives that showcase the vibrant life of our school.

 

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Viber).
  2. Create and manage multimedia content to engage audiences and increase brand awareness.
  3. Monitor online channels, respond to inquiries, and analyze campaign performance.
  4. Collaborate with admissions and vendors to ensure alignment of marketing and recruitment goals.
  5. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to refine strategies.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Digital Marketing certification preferred).
  2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, especially social media campaigns.
  3. Strong creative thinking, content creation, and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in digital tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic design software.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
