An Exciting Opportunity for ...

We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online traffic, increasing user engagement, and enhancing brand visibility through data-driven campaigns, creative content, and effective collaboration with both internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic and increase user engagement.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing platforms.

Content Creation

  • Design and create content including graphics, videos, and marketing materials tailored for social media platforms.
  • Develop content strategies to effectively engage with potential users, influencers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track KPIs and ROI.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners (agencies, media, influencers) to execute marketing plans.

Market Research

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine and improve digital strategies.

Trends & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, ICT, or other related fields).
  • Completion of a Digital Marketing course or any related certification is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Page Handling, or running Ads Campaigns.
  • Prior experience managing a Facebook Page and setting up Facebook Ads.

Key Skills

  • Proficient in using Facebook and TikTok platforms for marketing purposes.
  • Able to create designs, posts, stories, and short videos using Canva.
  • Capable of writing short and engaging content in both Burmese and simple English.
  • Creative in generating content ideas to increase page engagement.
  • Familiar with using relevant captions, hashtags, and following social media trends.
  • Basic knowledge of using Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word.

Attitude & Work Approach

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Able to keep up with trends and adapt quickly.
  • Team player with good collaboration and communication skills.
  • Able to generate original content ideas independently.

Preferred but not mandatory

  • Familiar with simple video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or VN.
  • Experience in running campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
