Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing strategies aligned with clinic business objectives.
Manage and oversee Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Viber, Telegram, and other relevant digital channels.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Develop monthly content plans, campaign concepts, promotional activities, and engaging content for aesthetic treatments and services.
Lead and coordinate with Content Creators, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Marketing team members to ensure high-quality content production.
Develop strategies for lead generation, customer engagement, conversion, and client retention.
Plan and manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, celebrities, and content creators to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
Monitor digital marketing performance, leads, conversion rates, advertising costs, and ROI, and prepare regular reports for management.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify beauty, aesthetic, and consumer trends.
Collaborate with the Sales / Customer Service / Clinic Operations teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion into appointments.
Maintain consistent brand image, messaging, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, advertising tools, and aesthetic/beauty industry trends.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Aesthetic, Beauty, Healthcare, Wellness.
Proven experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
Experience in KOL / Influencer Marketing and campaign collaboration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and team management skills.
Creative mindset with strong understanding of current beauty, aesthetic, and social media trends.
Good Burmese copywriting skills; English communication skills are an advantage.
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
Candidates with a strong Digital Marketing portfolio and measurable campaign results are highly preferred.
