Manage company social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms and increase company social media presence on existing platforms
Create visually appealing designs, documents, presentations, and social content that will draw in audiences and help to describe a company brand
Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company social media platforms, and encourages audience participation
Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, blog content, or social media messages
Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules
Present new concepts and ideas for brand marketing
Analyze and report audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor analysis and new developments utilizing information for business improvement and reporting.
Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
Design and create company marketing materials such as business cards, letterhead, envelope and company brochure
Act as liaison between company and outside media companies

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 2-3 years of solid experience in Digital or Social Media Marketing field
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist/ Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders.
Skills in creativity, developing ideas and content creations
Active learner and effective communicator
Proficient in Photoshop, PowerPoint and Word
Must have strong written and oral communication skills in both Myanmar and English language.
