Job Description

Platform Design

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, document current and future state system processes, and understand business priorities to recommend technology solutions
  • Develop product proposals, mockup, and specifications for configuration
  • Build product backlog and continuously prioritize
  • Ensure clear documentation of the designs and configuration parameters, and file orderly the documents in the organization’s repository for easy reference

 

Platform Configuration

  • Work closely with business and technology in system implementation
  • Verify and develop system configuration
  • Manage integrations between CRM, finance system, ERP, data lake, and external systems

 

Platform Operation

  • Provide support to users for system issues
  • Prepare user-training documents and coordinate training
  • Ensure that issues affecting process are reported and resolved in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • 3-6 Years of related experience
  • Bachelor Degree- Information Technology or related
  • Experience of SaaS software deliveries
  • Experience with software design and development
  • Broad understanding of architecture & technical integrations
  • Previous CRM experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong numerical and analytical aptitude, proven negotiating skills
