1. JOB PURPOSE

The Digital Strategy Officer leads digital transformation, designs data-driven strategies, and integrates technology to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

2. MAJOR FUNCTIONS

  • Build digital transformation roadmap.
  • Lead e-commerce and omnichannel enhancements.
  • Create dashboards and business insights.
  • Manage digital marketing performance.
  • Drive automation and system integration.
  • Strengthen CRM and customer experience.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Digital Transformation

  • Plan 1–3-year digital roadmap.
  • Identify digital opportunities across retail operations.

B. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Build KPI dashboards.
  • Analyze sales, CRM, traffic, and campaign performance.

C. E-Commerce & Omnichannel

  • Improve online conversion and customer UX.
  • Align inventory and stock availability.

D. Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Optimize ROAS, CTR, CAC.
  • Plan digital content and campaign calendars.

E. Project Management

  • Lead system upgrades (POS, ERP, CRM).
  • Manage vendor coordination and UAT.

4. DAILY TASKS

  • Review digital dashboards.
  • Monitor traffic and social engagement.
  • Check online inventory and order flow.

5. WEEKLY TASKS

Weekly KPI review.

  • Digital marketing performance analysis.
  • Coordination with merchandising and marketing

6. MONTHLY TASKS

  • Present digital transformation updates.
  • Run A/B testing reports.
  • KPI trend analysis and planning.

7. KPIs

  • Digital sales growth, conversion rate.
  • Marketing ROAS, CAC, CTR.
  • CRM retention, NPS/CSAT.
  • System uptime and automation efficiency.

  • Any Graduate.
  • Data analytics, dashboard skills.
  • E-commerce and CRM expertise.
  • Strong project management.
  • Retail digital experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar

  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity
