ROLE PURPOSE

The Data Analyst (Senior role) is responsible for driving enterprise-wide performance reporting, strategic analytics, and decision-ready insights to support the data lead and senior leadership. As part of the CEO Office, the role ensures all data presented is actionable, aligned with corporate priorities, and supports effective decision-making at the highest levels. The position bridges business strategy with enterprise intelligence by standardizing KPIs, ensuring secure data access, and enabling performance monitoring across divisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the execution of an enterprise-wide performance reporting and intelligence framework.
• Oversee aligned KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards across assigned business divisions to support strategic priorities.
• Deliver data insights that are decision-ready, actionable, and tailored for CEO and board-level consumption based on insights from data lead.
• Coordinate with divisional units to ensure analytics and insights are customized to business needs while adhering to group-wide standards.
• To deliver structured data access governance, ensuring secure and purposeful usage across departments in line with policy and compliance requirements.
• Consult and support in a high-level view of the enterprise data landscape, identifying gaps, redundancies, and improvement areas in data flow and analytics maturity.
• Serve as the central advisor for assigned strategic data-driven initiatives that enable improved forecasting, risk mitigation, and executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure performance data is consistent, validated, and aligned to business rules.
• Act as the single source of truth for enterprise performance data and insights from the CEO Office.
• Support on AI/ML in partnership with business units and technology teams to deliver predictive insights and a unified, intelligence-driven approach to enterprise decision-making.
• Support business units by embedding analytical automation into regular processes, making data-driven insights more timely, consistent, and actionable for decision-making.

Education & Special Training

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Desirable

• Master’s degree or certifications in Data Management, Business Analytics, or Performance Management.

Experience

Essential

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise data analytics, performance reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong exposure to executive-level performance management, data storytelling, and KPI alignment in banking or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to convert complex datasets into strategic insights and executive reports.

Desirable

• Experience working within a CEO Office or Strategic Planning unit.
• Prior experience in financial institutions or public-sector analytics teams.

Familiarity with enterprise dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms.

• High proficiency in structuring, validating, and interpreting performance metrics.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into concise insights for senior decision-making.

• High integrity and attention to data confidentiality and quality.
