Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting and/or leading digital transformation projects through the entire
project cycle, from planning, implementation, and assessment.
Key Accountabilities
You will do this with the support and/or supervision of the digital strategy manager.
 Support digital transformation of MIFIDA within the context of the overall organization and
processes with touchpoints across the lending process through the customer journey
 Ensure that the features of the core banking system are aligned with digital transformation goals
 Ensure required functionality or backlog at MIFIDA for development of digital channels,
including partnership with different mobile wallet providers
 Design and document business rules and process flows for digital product and channels
 Support implementation of product prototype testing and piloting
 Create and implement feedback loops to gather customer and staff response to digital products
and channels
 Analyze processes, applications, and support execution of projects for digital transformation and
developing expertise on the job
 Develop strong working relationships and facilitate project implementation with Gojos partner
companies
 Develop strong working relationships and facilitate project implementation across all
departments within MIFIDA

Qualification Required
Knowledge & Skills
Essential

 Has a combination of project management and technical skills
 Strong knowledge and/or experience of systems, UX, and/or UI
 Passionate about financial inclusion for everyone using technology
 Excellent competency in computer (MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, etc) and
presentation skills
 Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and integrity
Education
Desirable
 Tertiary qualification in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business,
Management, and/or industry specific qualifications
Experience
Essential
 Your education and/or work experience will need to show that you have the training and
professional background for the necessary skills
 Experienced as business analyst
 Experienced in managing a complex project in a demanding environment, and simply be smart and energetic enough to learn the design and IT skills on the job
Desirable
 Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Languages
Essential
 Ability to communicate (verbal and written) fluently in Myanmar and working proficiency in
English language
