Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Understand the competitive Real estate and market trends
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
Work with the Sales teams to implement targeted sales strategy
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales and marketing organization
Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs
Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
Align the organization and allocates resources according to strategic priorities
Evaluate all strategic marketing plans
Create and manage annual budgets, forecasts, operating expenses
Anticipate risks and devises contingency plans to manage them for the overall business

Job Requirements

Any graduate and Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be an advantage
Minimum 9 year(s) of relevant experience in related field
Can use Microsoft Office
Able to work independently, manage and motive team
Experience with creating marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan
Real estate sector, property market and relationship between relevant authorities and stakeholders
Must have strong presentation skills and leadership skills
Good negotiation skills for dealing with related government department
Good interpersonal relationship and leadership skills
Good written English and effective verbal communication skills
Good knowledge and understand management tools
Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
