Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Prepare export/import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, Stickers, Goods Certificate etc. and Coordinate with Buyer to match their requirement.

  • Apply Export & Import License via Tradenet and Manually.

  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents

  • Ensure compliance with Local & International trade Regulations

  • Track shipments and handle documentation issues

Male/Female

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in export/import documentation

  • Up to date information on License Application Instructions outlined by Ministry of Commerce.

  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and Incoterms

  • Good communication skills
