  • Manage a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment, such as trucks and forklifts, and ensure that they are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Lead warehouse/delivery team.
  • Yangon and related municipalities must be skilled.
  • To plan the demand plan and calculate monthly Logistics staff's O.T and Incentives.
  • Prepare and present logistics reports/ logistic manpower update/Car Update to W.H Manager/Operation Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics management.
  • Understanding relevant regulations and compliance requirements in logistics and transportation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Clear communication with team members, suppliers, and clients to coordinate logistics effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work extended hours.
