A Big Opportunity for ...
Maintenance and Repair: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems, instrumentation devices, and control equipment to minimize downtime and optimize reliability. Conduct routine inspections, testing, and calibration of electrical components, sensors, transmitters, and control devices to ensure accuracy and functionality. Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation failures, diagnose root causes, and perform repairs or replacements as needed to restore functionality. Instrumentation and Control Systems: Maintain and calibrate process instrumentation devices such as flow meters, level sensors, pressure transmitters, and temperature probes to ensure accurate measurement and control of process variables. Troubleshoot and repair control systems, distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems to address operational issues and optimize system performance. Electrical Systems: Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical power distribution systems, switchgear, motor control centers (MCC), and electrical panels to ensure safe and reliable operation. Inspect and maintain electrical cables, wiring, connections, and grounding systems to prevent electrical hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, codes, and standards in all maintenance activities. Conduct safety assessments of electrical systems and equipment, identify potential hazards, and implement appropriate safety measures to protect personnel and assets. Spare Parts Management: Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts, components, and consumables for electrical and instrumentation systems to support maintenance activities and minimize downtime. Coordinate with procurement and inventory control teams to ensure availability of spare parts while optimizing inventory levels and costs. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, work orders, and spare parts inventory using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other tracking tools. Prepare maintenance reports, performance metrics, and analysis of equipment reliability and downtime for management review and decision-making.
