Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Perform and oversee mechanical maintenance, repairs, and equipment servicing.
• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities as required.
• Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with production teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports on machine performance and repair activities.
• Support engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and factory improvement initiatives.
• Work effectively under pressure and respond quickly to urgent operational issues.

Requirements

• AGTI or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and electrical installation work.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work overtime on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Willing to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and supervisory skills.
