On-site Engineer Responsibilities

1. Assist the Director, Deputy Director, and Professional Engineers in carrying out department-related work;
2. Supervise professional engineers in carrying out technical management work for electrical and opposite-end substations;
3. Supervise production units in implementing technical supervision;
4. Assist the Deputy Director, Deputy Director, and Professional Engineers in quality management of the photovoltaic power station;
5. Complete various reports on the photovoltaic power station operation and management platform;
6. Supervise the photovoltaic power station production units in implementing the "Two Invoices, Three Systems" and ensuring safe and civilized production practices;
7. Draft, review, send, and archive correspondence related to the Ministry of Electric Power for the photovoltaic power station;
8. Supervise material procurement and material management for photovoltaic power station production units;
9. Supervise photovoltaic power station production units in implementing production targets, energy conservation and consumption reduction, and environmental protection;
10. Supervise the completion of equipment and material management during the photovoltaic power station's operation period;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.

1. Bachelor of Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years’ work experience in related fields
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, generators, solar systems, and DC power systems
4. Ability to travel to assigned regions
5. Good in using Microsoft Office tools
6.  Ability to work with minimum supervision
7. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
