An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Purpose of the role

Responsible for leading a cluster of assigned sites with a strong focus on ensuring power stability, monitoring the field teams, implementation of AP Tower’s standard installation, configuration and rectification upon overall operations related tasks.

Main Duties:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of sites within the cluster
  • Responsible for operation cost reduction and optimization
  • Monitor the performance of sites such as uptime, RMS systems, fuel efficiency, SLA compliance, and fault resolution time.
  • Monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure timely resolution of faults and escalation handling on proper grounding, lightning protection and grid related faults
  • Carry out energy audits, CPH testing and recommended energy-efficient solutions are strictly adhered to by all stakeholders within the Zone (i.e., Field Supervisors and Field Technicians).
  • Supervise and perform to complete the Power Rollouts such as EOLs, Infra Relocations, Ops Emergency, Colo upgrades, New B2S Sites.
  • Control and manage the Installation and Swapping to all power-related activities, all software upgrades, Router, Controller, Modem, Relays and Fuel Sensors.
  • Attending the Power Equipment related tasks assigned by fixing it on time and reporting/closing the Wos timely.
  • Maintain safe, secure, work environments by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations and maintaining site access processes
  • Conduct regular site audits and produce Reports
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in related fields
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, generators, solar systems, and DC power systems
  • Ability to travel to assigned regions
  • Good in using Microsoft Office tools
  •  Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
