Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare daily service  ways plan and link with related department
  • Check daily service request and job assign to service technician
  • Assist the technical manager in developing and implementing technical strategies and plans
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating technical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Check service report and feedback to team
  • Follow up to technician to finish service request within lead-time
  • Train to technician about technical knowledge and customer service
  • Prepare service report and report to Service Manager
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify technical solutions and improvements
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of technical activities

Job Requirements

  • BE, B-tech, GTI (Mechanical or Electrical) or Related bachelor's degree 
  • Previous sales and management experience may be advantageous
  • Strong technical industry knowledge
  • Excellent technical, leadership, communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy and good organizational skills
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle stress
