Office Maintenance Manager (Section Head - Admin Department)

            Responsible not only for maintaining and repairing the water, electricity, and piping systems of office buildings and warehouses, but also for overseeing the maintenance of various machinery and equipment such as generators, power boosters, water pumps, water supply machines, air-conditioning units, elevators, as well as warehouse equipment (e.g., Reach Truck, Forklift, etc.).
He/She must manage these tasks systematically through assigned staff by keeping proper records, maintenance schedules, and ensuring close supervision and implementation of all activities.

 

Job Description

  • •    Supervise maintenance team and support office renovation and space setup.
    •    Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for office facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, lift, telephone line, PABX, CCTV, water systems, and building structure.
    •    Conduct regular building inspections and address repair needs proactively.
    •    Oversee office infrastructure systems (UPS, lighting, fire safety equipment).
    •    Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors for repair works, equipment servicing, and building improvement.
    •    Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and fire safety requirements.
    •    Manage maintenance budgets, cost control, and procurement of spare parts/tools to maximize cost-effectiveness.
    •    Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems and help with nationwide office relocations.
    •    Provide emergency response for equipment breakdowns, leaks, electrical failures, and other building incidents.
    •    Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and service logs.
    •    Strong problem-solving abilities.
    •    Able to travel as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate (Engineering field preferred)
  • Must have minimum 3 year of management experience in building maintenance field.(FMCG experience Preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication in English and Myanmar (written and verbal)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Must have M&E knowledge
