Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Studying Tender Documents and Design Drawings reading
  • Taking out the quantities from the design drawings
  • Breaker/Cable/Trunk size selection, Single Line Draft, Lumen/Lux Calculation
  • Making equipment selection in accordance with the schedule
  • Making Electrical/ELV BOQs to combine MEP BOQs
  • Submission of MEP Tenders
  • Following the pricing policies and assist to Manager.
  • Chasing ongoing projects
  • Checking specification, quantities, price, brands and tender and contract requirements
  • Material planning at ongoing projects
  • Document Controlling
  • Reporting to QS Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (EP/EC)
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point, AutoCAD etc
  • Over 3 years’ Experience in MEP engineering fields
  • Ground checking construction sites and overtimes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent working skills, Self-motivated, hardworking, team working
  • Reference projects
