Purpose and Scope (One year internship)

The Intern will work closely with the Operations Team and participate in various activities, including monitoring plant performance, supporting maintenance and assisting in compliance and safety initiatives. Interns need to work with buddy system for field activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and analysing plant performance, ensuring optimal operations.
• Participate in routine inspection of plant equipment including Gas and Steam Turbine and its auxiliaries, Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), Balance of Plant and Water Treatment Plant (Pre-Treatment, demineralization and wastewater).
•  Observe and document operational processes, ensuring compliances with safety and environmental standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of operational data, logs and reports.
• Learn and apply operational procedures including start-up, shutdown and emergency protocols.
• Collaborate with Maintenance team to identify and address equipment issues.
• Collaborate with Laboratory team to identify and address process chemistry issues.
• Learn and application of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Permit to Work System and Lock-out Tag-out procedures to ensure personnel, environment and asset safety.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
