  • Possess a understanding of materials used in furniture and construction.

  • Capable of calculating detailed furniture specifications and requirements.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D

  • Collaborate effectively with the Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) on project tasks.

  • Experienced in cost control and budget management throughout project phases
