Job Description

  • Supervise operation and maintenance of boilers, compressors, and other utility systems.
  • Monitor, control, and optimize boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of production (PRD) machines and related equipment.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to reduce production downtime.
  • Lead, train, and supervise engineering and maintenance staff.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and ensure compliance with ISO/safety standards.
  • Coordinate with production and QA teams to support smooth operations and process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Maintenance Engineering.
  • Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and plant safety standards.
  • 3-5 years experience in industrial plant maintenance, including boiler operation and production machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of boiler systems, safety protocols, and production machinery operations.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Supervises: Technicians, engineers, maintenance staff.
  • KPIs: Equipment uptime, boiler efficiency, reduced downtime, safety compliance, preventive maintenance adherence.
