Job Description

• Lead and oversee the spare parts department to ensure systematic inventory management and stock accuracy
• Manage spare parts requirements for GBS branches, including checking, ordering, and supervising systematic storage at the Hlegu warehouse and other branch locations
• Supervise and drive the achievement of weekly and monthly spare parts sales targets and departmental KPI targets
• Audit daily AR Invoices for accuracy and collaborate with branch teams and service staff to boost spare parts sales
• Lead monthly physical stock counts (Ground Stock) and ensure 100% reconciliation with SAP system records
• Develop and execute strategic plans to clear slow-moving items and stock aged over one year
• Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) and spare part knowledge sessions to subordinates to enhance team performance

Job Overview

• Working Hour: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Working Day: Monday to Saturday

• Holiday: Sunday and Gazette Holidays

• Report To: After Sales Service Manager, dotted line to Head of After Sales (Expatriate)

• Work Location: GBS Hlegu branch, Yangon

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering

• Proven experience in spare parts management, warehouse operations, or after-sales services
• Proficiency in using SAP for inventory management and stock reporting is highly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage KPIs, sales targets, and team growth
• Analytical mindset to monitor market prices, competitor data, and promotion planning

• Ability to manage customer relationships and effectively resolve complaints from dealers and branches
