Responsibilities:

  • Check, monitor, operate and control the Utility Operation according to specified procedures and parameters.
  • Monitor and control the usage of production materials to minimize losses and wastage and optimize on utilization of material and utility consumption.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient Operation of Utility process and Utility operations so as to achieve production targets and quality standards.
  • Comply with ISO procedures/ work instructions as guidelines for all daily production’s operation.
  • Assist the production supervisor (Engineering/Utility) and Process Engineer in day-to-day operation, administration and planning/ control of activity.
  • Involve pro- actively in trouble shooting and assist in starting – up of plant and machinery (both new and after overhauls)

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Dip in Mechanical /Mechatronic Engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in mechanical, maintenance work or workshop environment.
  • Knowledge of brewing, packaging, and utility process equipment/components.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and word. AutoCAD will be added advantage.
  • Good Negotiation, interpersonal & ability to work in a team
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking, and active listening
