  • At least 2 years of experience in ERP software support.
  • Experience working with customers, understanding their issues and managing their expectations.
  • Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Science or relevant
  • Good command of reading and writing of English is a must.
  • Hardworking, patient, pleasant personality, positive attitude and self-study skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
