An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • To handle and respond to consumers' enquiries regarding their concerns in a timely professional manner.
  • Maintain relationships and updates from sales channel partners  and business partners.
  • Customer Service Management via chat and email aiming to provide a high standard (customers/ business partners) service that NearMe would like to receive as a customer.
  • Must handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives effectively and timely.
  • Overseeing the customer service process and providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues. 
  • Recording the  customer data with the standards format and keeping the related data at the database.
  • Making outgoing calls and handling incoming calls daily.
  • Can use all of Social Media Channels such as Facebook, Viber chat.
  • Must be soft-spoken and patient. 
  • Willing to learn and able to learn.
  • Must be able to know the customers requirements and then  report to all Seniors and Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • Age between 22 to 30 years.
  • At least 1 year experiences in related fields (Prefer-e-commerce Order Management), especially in Customer Support roles.
  • Ability to work in Day and Night shifts schedule. 
  • Must be able to work as a team and good communication skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications. (Typing skills both English and Myanmar Fonts)
