  • Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP implementation.
  • Map client’s business processes with ERP modules (Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, POS, etc.).
  • Provide functional design specifications and support technical teams during development & customization.
  • Conduct system configuration, testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Deliver end-user training and prepare user manuals/documentation.
  • Act as a bridge between client and technical team, ensuring the delivered solution meets business needs.
  • Support data migration and integration with other systems if required.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities (demo, proposal support, solution presentation) when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or IT-related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Accounting, Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Good knowledge of SQL or basic technical skills is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct client workshops, training sessions, and demos confidently.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel to client sites if necessary.
