-Lead and manage engineering team to solve the machanical or electrical daily operation issue.

-Coordinate and deal with electrical problems found by each department.

-Inspecting the operating status of the auxiliary machine equipment

-Arrange the maintenance daily, monthly and yearly report., 

Summarize and statistical failure points found in production.

-Make inspection and cleaning each control electrical cabinet

-Analyze the faults of equipment that often occur and give it a rectification plan.

-Arrange to create PM/AM  schedule for each operation. 

-Lead the team to do the GMP, WCM standard in engineering department. 

1. BE Mechanical or Electrical, and other relevant Certificate.
2. Must have knowledge and experiences of Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry.
3. Mature Candidate (under 35 years)
4. At Least (10) years’ experiences of related fields. Preferred the relevant experience with food Industry.
5. Strong knowledge of factory management system including; production, machine etc.
6. Strong organizational, supervisory and team building skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to gain co-workers respect while motivating production workers and supervisor.
8. Hands on knowledge of efficient production scheduling and controlling.
9. Have good communication, managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.
10. Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
11. Proficient in English and computer skills.
