Job Summary
Support consumer brand activations and event operations for a leading corporate sales team in the
Pharmaceutical Industry. You will assist with event planning, on-ground execution, and post-event
evaluation, helping ensure smooth, engaging, and professional brand experiences.

 

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and preparing consumer brand activities and events.
  • Support on-ground event execution and help ensure tasks run smoothly on event day.
  • Work closely with the event team to handle setup, logistics, and activity support.
  • Monitor event flow and provide timely help to resolve basic operational issues.
  • Collect event feedback and support evaluation after each activity or campaign.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and support all assigned duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Interest in event management, marketing activities, and brand promotions.
  • Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and support event operations as needed.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and a positive, service-minded attitude.
  • Prior internship or event support experience is an advantage.
