Data Management

  • Generate Regular reports for executive review. Use SQL or similar database tools to retrieve and organize data. Consolidate information from multiple departments. 

Administrative Support 

  • Organize internal and cross-departmental meetings by preparing agendas and follow-ups. Maintain executive schedules and calendar management. Coordinate documentation, filling systems, and task follow-ups. 
  • Assist with travel planning, personal appointments, and ad-hoc errands.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a similar assistant or data coordinator role.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and SQL software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. 
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Preferred experience in a business or operations environment. 
  • Able to handle both business and light personal tasks professionally.
