Job Description

  • Manage MD’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organize personal tasks such as travel, accommodation, and events.
  • Assist in managing personal commitments and errands as required.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and trustworthiness at all times.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
  • Ensure effective follow-up on projects, deadlines, and key priorities.
  • Arrange business and personal travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
  • Support the planning and coordination of business meetings, conferences, and private events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar
  • administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in both English and Burmese (spoken and written).
  • Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Flexibility to manage both personal and professional tasks effectively.
