Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Verify employee attendance, overtime, leave records, and allowances.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions (e.g., Social Security, income tax, provident fund).
  • Maintain and update employee payroll data in the HR/payroll system.
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports, audit repors and reconciliations for management.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support year-end payroll activities such as tax reporting and annual statements.
  • Coordinate with government offices for Employment Contract and other assigned tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of payroll information.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of payroll or HR administration experience
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes, statutory deductions, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with payroll software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under tight deadlines.
