  • ငွေသားနှင့် ချက်လက်မှတ်များ၏ စစ်မှန်မှုရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
  • လက်ကျန်ငွေများကို စာရင်းရှင်းလင်းပြီး Transaction Record များကို စနစ်တကျထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  • ထုတ်ကုန်များအား အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ခြင်း။
  • ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်စေရန်နှင့် ဆုံးရှုံးနိုင်ခြေများကို လျော့ပါးသက်သာစေရန် ဘဏ်လုပ်ငန်းစည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို လိုက်နာခြင်း။
  • ငွေသားနှင့် Customer ၏ သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို ကာကွယ်ရန် လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Transaction တစ်ခုစီအတွက် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့် မှတ်တမ်း ရယူခြင်းကိစ္စရပ်များကို ပြီးပြည့်စုံအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • နေ့စဉ်ပြုလုပ်သော Transaction များ၊ လက်ကျန်ငွေများနှင့် အခြားသက်ဆိုင်ရာ စာရင်းဇယားများနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော အစီရင်ခံစာများ တင်ပြခြင်း။
  • Customer ၏ သတင်းအချက်အလက်များနှင့် ငွေရေးကြေးရေးမှတ်တမ်းများ (Financial Records) ကို လျှို့ဝှက်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  • Customer Services အား လွယ်ကူချောမွေ့စွာ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနိုင်ရန်အတွက် လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်များ နှင့် အခြားဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • ငွေသားကိုင်တွယ်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများ (Cash Handling Procedures) နှင့် ဘဏ်လုပ်ငန်းစနစ်များအား ဝန်ထမ်းများအသစ်ကို လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပေးရာတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။

  • ငွေသားကိုင်တွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဘဏ်လုပ်ငန်း သို့မဟုတ် လက်လီအရောင်းကဏ္ဍတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် လူအများနှင့် ဆက်ဆံနိုင်မှုစွမ်းရည် ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • ဘဏ်လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ ထုတ်ကုန်များ၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများဆိုင်ရာ ဗဟုသုတ ရှိရမည်။
  • ယှဉ်ပြိုင်မှုမြင့်မားသော လုပ်ငန်းခွင်တွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး အလုပ်တာဝန်များစွာကို တပြိုင်နက်တည်း ကိုင်တွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။
