  • Build expertise in portfolio of MCCL understanding brand heritage, assets, USPs (unique selling propositions) and marketing strategies.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
  • Building rapport with customers and vendors and outlets to monitor BA performance.
  • Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand always.
  • Support BA Manager to deliver on KPIs relating to consumer activation, for the purpose of driving sales growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business Management preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience for FMCG products
  • Strong communications skill, leadership skill and people management skill
  • Effective, Energetic and Positive attitude
  • Ability to Travel, Fluency in English spoken and written
