Purpose/ Mission

  • Data analysed for Inventory control.
  • System knowledge and reporting skill.
  • Handing document control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring Receiving information and checking shipping documents for preparation.
  • Monitoring for loading process for Paint in paint storage.
  • Put away process for delivery orders.
  • Preparation excel format with location for WH operation to receiving process on ground.
  • Control all soft copy and hard copy for WH documentation (Receive note, issue & return, check list form, A3 Form, Material requestion form & DO Form, Daily usage form.
  • Picking process for production and sales shipment done for delivery process.
  • Manage Inventory storage plan for Paint and Packaging or Paint Feed and Chemical.
  • Stock control for In & Out and monitoring location movement by WH operation team.
  • Planning stocks list for pre physical count plan and join on ground with internal team.
  • Label printing for Finished Goods and email to CS team.
  • KPI list by daily.
  • Leading the ISO process related categories.
  • Reporting of Inventory for Paint and Packaging by monthly & yearly.
