  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on financial planning, budgeting, costing and forecasting processes.
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Liaise with external auditor and internal audit committee to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs and optimize returns.
  • Monitor banking relationships and negotiate terms to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Oversee tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Identify and assess financial risks facing the company and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

Job Requirements


  1. A master degree in Accounting/Finance (or) a professional certificate in accounting such as certified public accountant (or) ACCA Part II.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance manager role, preferably in machinery and spare parts sales and distribution field.
  3. Proven track record of strategic financial leadership and driving business results.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on building high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Able to lead the financial strategy and direction of a leading sales and distribution company.
