An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Manage and oversee the overall Finance and Accounting operations of the organization.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Supervise the recording, classification, and reconciliation of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes and monitor budget performance.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities to ensure efficient utilization of financial resources.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making and business strategies.
Manage and develop Finance and Accounting team members through coaching, guidance, and performance management.
Liaise with banks, auditors, regulators, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders as required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Head or Management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance functions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, or related discipline is preferred.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage.
Experience in Banking and Financial Services field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial management.
Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Good command of written and spoken English.
