Job Summary
FreshMoe Myanmar is seeking a Finance Manager to lead accounting, reporting, cash flow, and controls for our retail and wholesale operations in Dagon Myothit (North), Yangon. This role partners with management to support sound decisions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily accounting operations, month-end close, and timely preparation of financial reports.
● Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital to support business performance.
● Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies, tax, and audit requirements.
● Review AP, AR, payroll, and expense processes to improve accuracy, control, and efficiency.
● Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide clear insights to support management decisions.
● Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banks; resolve issues and support required submissions.

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial finance or accounting role.
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
● Experience in retail or wholesale business environments is preferred.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; ERP experience is an advantage.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Able to work in Dagon Myothit (North), Yangon, and manage deadlines effectively.
