  1. Creating and implementing financial policies and procedure of the organization
  2. Planning and preparing weekly financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organization
  3. Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
  4. Maintain and prepare receipts and records for the business transactions
  5. Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and all supplier, customer payments.
  6. Monitor Local law related finance process and daily exchange rate.
  7. Monitor and check all of the Costs, Expense and stock and fix assets.
  8. Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibilities
  9. Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments.
  10. Make sure Monthly and yearly Profit and lost and financial statement and report to senior management team.
  11. Manage to share the market exchange rate, oil rate by daily.
  12. Ensure the check and review for contract, service report, Performa Invoice, receipt etc.
  13. Manage and prepare the Purchasing items (RM/PM and Chemical and facilities equipment- including petrol, Diesel and spare parts)
  14. Ensure to lead get the valuable supplier for the purchasing items.
  15. Manage to review the incoming process, if have any issue, to communicate with supplier and report to line Manager.  
  16. Manage and lead return items process to supplier and arrange to get the compensation from supplier side.
  17. Communicate with Head of Finance team for all of finance and account and procurement process.
  18. Make sure to communicate with External Financial audit team to implement financial and accounting process Monthly/Quarterly and annual.
  19. Corporate with Government team to apply Tax process and yearly financial report.
  20. Manage to investigate local update law and report to management team for update process.
  21. Manage to create the Supplier performance Evaluation process by quarterly. And analyze the supplier performance on their feedback and service.
  22. Make sure to control expense and treasury management.
  23. Make sure to check all of invoice for payments. And analyze to improve finance procedure.

Job Requirements

  • B.com, ACCA (or) CPA Preferred.
  • Have Knowledge of ERP (or) SAP system and other relevant accounting System.
  • Mature Candidate (Under 35 years)
  • At least (5) years of progressive experience in Finance fields.
  • Exposure to manufacturing organizations and standard costing systems Experience with foreign currencies and grants management preferred
  • Good communication in English Language
  • Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
