1. Financial Management & Control

• Manage daily finance and accounting operations.
• Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Control expenses and ensure cost efficiency across departments and projects.

2. Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor budget vs actual performance and explain variances.
• Support project budgeting and cost control (especially for construction/manufacturing).

3. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Submit timely financial reports to Chairman / Management.
• Ensure accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Prepare management reports for decision-making.

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and credit control.
• Monitor customer collections and supplier payments.
• Ensure timely invoicing and proper documentation.

5. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Myanmar tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit:Commercial Tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax officers, and consultants.

6. Audit & Risk Management

• Prepare schedules and documents for internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper internal controls and financial policies.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation actions.

7. Banking & Financing

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Support loan applications, overdrafts, and financing facilities.
• Monitor loan repayments, interest, and bank charges.
   

8. Team Management

• Lead and supervise finance and accounting staff.
• Assign tasks, review performance, and provide guidance.
• Support training and development of finance team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, ACCA, LCCI, or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in finance & accounting
• Experience in construction / manufacturing / trading is an advantage
• Strong financial analysis & reporting skills
• Good knowledge of Myanmar tax and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software & Excel
• High integrity and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
