Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

To oversee and manage the financial operations of the automotive service centers, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business goals. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the finance team across all service center locations. 

  • Monitor day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation. 

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. 

  • Analyze profitability, operating costs, and business performance of each service center. 

  • Monitor inventory control related to parts and services, ensuring proper valuation and movement. 

  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for individual centers and consolidate for the group.  

  • Maintain banking relationships and oversee cash flow management. 

  •  Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory regulations.  

  • Collaborate with service managers to align financial strategies with operational goals.  

  • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.  

  • Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders.  

  • Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA or MBA preferred). 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in automotive, retail, or multi-branch operations.  

  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems. 

  • Solid understanding of automotive service operations and inventory costing. 

  • Leadership skills to manage a finance team across multiple branches. 

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
