Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

•    Oversees and enforces the company’s financial and accounting policies and procedures.
•    Develops and maintains strong internal controls and effective accounting systems and policies.
•    Supervises daily financial activities within the organization.
•    Evaluates financial performance and identifies opportunities for cost savings.
•    Manages and supervises all functions within the Finance Department.
•    Reviews and verifies payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal entries.
•    Maintains and monitors the company’s fixed asset records.
•    Coordinates with external auditors on financial matters.
•    Handles the full set of accounts and ensures timely month-end closing.
•    Reviews financial statements and prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
•    Submits financial reports to management by the 5th of every month.
•    Oversees and supports tax preparation and compliance.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance (or) diploma in accounting.
•    Holding CPA or ACCA qualification will be preferable.
•    Able to lead a team
•    Able to prepare account consolidation and report to management in time.
•    Familiarity with facilities operations and commercial business.
•    Very good command of English and Myanmar Language.
•    Good people management skills and customer service skills.
•    Good teamwork, interpersonal, sociability and time management skills.
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
•    Having high degree of flexibility and tolerance for change.
